I used to love TicToc. But the last few times,it was terrible. The most recent,and last time was 4/16/11. The service was the worst I ever had.10 minutes from ordering 2 coffees and a water to the time I got them. Then I asked for sugar....another wait. the cups are dirty, or old and broken , they need to update their silver ware, sometimes u have to clean it your self. and the muffins are good, and the coffee is good.
